What is Managed Services?

One term that we hear more and more and more and more lately is the Cloud. There are many cloud solutions out there, varying in level of cost and complexity. A later article will highlight benefits of our Data Centre and Private Cloud.
We can use our Private Cloud to host your server virtually and/or simply as off-site backup of your data.
24/7/365 Remote Monitoring
Have you ever taken a vacation and come back to work afraid to find out what has failed or blown up while you were gone? Our monitoring agent provides a real-time snapshot of your workstations, server and network and allows our team to respond in a timely manner.
In the untimely event that a client is hit with an attack; Ransomware or otherwise. We can isolate the attack and have your data recovered within a couple hours to a couple days (depending on amount and complexity of data in question)
System Health Reports
Managed Services clients can opt to receive health reports of their workstations weekly, servers monthly in addition to an Executive Summary monthly
Within a 30km radius of our Central-Edmonton location, all needed on-site support is included to our Professional Package Managed Services Clients at no extra charge.
(For clients outside the Edmonton area, we are happy to provide a unique on-site program)
