Wendell, a true blue Edmontonian, grew up in the Mayfield area when the end of town was only a few blocks from his childhood home.

Wendell is the Operations Manager of Generation Electronics Inc. now known as Generation Technology Solutions and has over 25 years’ experience in leadership, information technology, product management, and solution engineering in the information technology industry. Wendell has been with Generations over 9 years and has helped to transform the organization into an agile, customer-centric Managed Services Provider.

He consistently works with his team to offer clients and organizations they serve with the best service possible. He always ensures that each stakeholder, whether they be internal or external, has their voice heard. He believes in breaking down barriers to communication, and that each decision a client’s business makes, must be understood by all the other affected parts of the organization.

In his role, Wendell is the bridge between the Generation technical team and the client. His primary responsibility will be to ensure that the highest standard of customer service is maintained with honesty and integrity in all engagements with the representatives and authorized third party partners.
