Kyle is the youngest member of our executive team, which doesn’t mean all that much when you have a company that has the longevity of Generations. Married to his wife Amanda, and they have two cats named Batman and Robin. In his spare time, Kyle and Amanda are both avid video gamers and enjoys watching the occasional Oilers game.
Kyle fills the role of Service Manager quite well and liaisons between Operations and the technical team, where he is a very much a hands-on guy as well. His expertise in networking and all things related are his passion. He has over 10 years of expertise in the IT business-to-business service industry and has an extensive array of technology experience. Where most people may come to a wall, Kyle finds a challenge. We should aptly name him Dr. House, because if he wasn’t doing this, we’re sure that he would be in some hospital figuring out the most complex of cases.
Kyle is very customer service orientated and will always go the extra mile with his team to ensure that the client’s business is always front of mind and running efficiently and securely.
